Customers are entitled to exercise their right of return within 14 days following receipt of the package. All shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the buyer. In certain cases, customs fees may apply and will also be borne by the customer.

If an order is returned, the customer forfeits the benefit of free delivery initially offered by THSSupplies, and the full shipping cost will be charged.

In compliance with Irish law, any customer who places an order on www.thssupplies.com has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, beginning from the date of acceptance of the sales contract — specifically, the date of basket validation and confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order.

If a withdrawal request does not meet the conditions defined in these terms, THSSupplies reserves the right to request full payment for the item(s) concerned.

Guarantee

If a product is delivered with visible damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must immediately notify the delivery person and refuse receipt, without prejudice to warranty rights. The customer must also obtain written confirmation of the damage from the delivery agent.

Additionally, all transport-related damage must be reported to THSSupplies.com immediately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products upon delivery and to store them properly. In the event of defects or discrepancies with the order, customers must contact THSSupplies Customer Service on the day of delivery via email at [email protected].

After this period, only hidden defects may still be claimed, and they must be reported immediately after discovery.

For defective goods, the amount paid will be credited back to the customer’s account. THSSupplies reserves the right to request proof of the defect before issuing credit.

Returns

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery. Orders are processed immediately once validated and are shipped directly to the carrier.

In the event of a return, all shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees, if applicable, are also to be paid by the buyer.
